Hi there,

I’ve walked the path you’re on right now and it was so tough and so painful – on all levels! As a therapist who has undergone IVF, I understand firsthand the immense challenges, uncertainties, emotional upheavals and losses that accompany this journey. I really get it! I’m here to help you manage the highs and lows of your fertility experience through individual and group therapy services.

You don’t have to face it alone.

Individual Therapy:

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and understanding space to explore the often intense emotions of IVF and infertility.  I’m here to support you as you navigate through the challenges and process the difficult emotions that arise along the way. From uncertainty about the future to frustration with setbacks, losses and grief to anger towards yourself or the situation to feeling overwhelmed by the complexity of it all, we’ll work through these emotions together. I infuse somatic interventions and compassionate guidance to meet you where you are.

Group Therapy:

Join the MindBodyWise supportive therapy group to process the struggles of IVF with others like you. In our group therapy sessions, you’ll find a space where you can share your experiences, fears, and hopes with others who truly understand. Whether you’re grappling with disappointment after a failed cycle, feeling lonely despite having support from loved ones, or feeling overwhelmed by the unknown, know that you are not alone.
