so I need a new job and new friends and a new gym membership and a whole new wardrobe. But I need the money from my job and I don’t want to ditch all my friends even though they aren’t always a great source of comfort and support and I have no discipline so I won’t go to the gym every day…

so I need to eat only organic and I can’t afford that and I don’t have any time to cook and I can’t ever eat out with my friends anymore…
I want to be healthier…
so I have to stop drinking completely for a month and only eat mung beans and meditate for 30 minutes morning and night and who has time for that anyway???

So I need to ditch my family and go travel around the world, and maybe learn to dance the tango, only I don’t want to leave my family, I love my home, and I’ve never been that excited about dancing…
Change can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be! And it certainly doesn’t have to be complicated!
The idea, supported by research, is that small simple changes, consistent challenges, support and connection with others on a similar path and being intentional about building the life you want is what it takes to create lasting change.

There’s no need for huge life-altering commitments to create change. Small focused steps, with support, will take you in the right direction and in a way you can maintain.
Join a small, hand-selected group to help you design and live out your goals. The group will include a focus on your unique goals as they are aligned with your core values and desires. You will receive support with setting and meeting your goals, using holistic and scientifically proven methods. Ultimately, you’ll get to create lasting change, using simple, consistent, and supported shifts, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life. No brainer, right?!
The group will run for 4 weeks, meeting 1x/week. In the group, you’ll have the opportunity to get clear about what you want and to begin taking supported steps toward:
- What you’re doing to be happy and find meaning
- Whether you look after yourself the way you want to
- How much time you spend looking after other people and looking after yourself
- How to create the community that you need around you to provide the support that you want and need
- Creating a healthy mind and healthy body
